I think that if you were to look into the history of the FDA, you'd find a number of startling discoveries...remember Fen-Phen? Sure ya do! And we've been consuming massive amounts of things for years that are carcinogens...my diet coke is one surefire example--I must have aspertame instead of blood. The approval of pharmaceuticals is political, folks. Think about it--money makes the world go 'round.
