Guest guest
Well, now there is a question I should be able to answer - but to be honest although I was supose to be counting saturated fat I always counted total fat - which would always give me a bit of leway. But if we had no saturated at all that would be best. Low as possible - always. Saturated fat is unhealthy, coats the arteries yada, yada, yada... It's the polyunsatruated fat and monounsatted fat that is ok and to some extent healthy.
