Guest guest
Strange question...but I guess not really. How are you looking for these stones and gunk that comes out with these cleanses? To be blunt, do you stir around in the bowl to see what came out or are you using some screen thing or what to catch this stuff? An honest question and real curious. I'm new here and will be doing cleanses myself soon too (when I figure this all out). Maybe I should be looking for an aluminum strainer with a handle?? Ha! funny yea, but I'd like to know what is coming out too after spending a bunch of money on some flush.
Guest guest
Hi Basically, if you do the flush with Epsoms and fast as recommended, by the time the stones come out in the morning, that's about all there is in you! Most of the stones float - excrement tends to sink (unless it's really healthy!). When I flush, all I get in the morning is stones and chaff...it sits on the surface. Guest guest
It isn't a strange question at all. When a person is very interested in cleansing it only makes sense to be interested in what is eliminated. It's not a common topic of conversation in typical circles, of course, but out here - everything is fair game! I will tell you what I do. I have a colander that I keep in the bathroom and when I am cleansing I put it under the seat before using the toilet. The first couple of times I thought it was kind of gross to clean out afterwards, but I got used to it. And it's worth it just to be able to see the 'results'. And yes, this is a colander that is specifically desgnated ONLY for use in the bathroom!! Guest guest
, Dax answered alot of questions about seeing the results. Stones float. You can't miss them. You will only see the gunk and stones because you have fasted for the flush. I don't use a strainer or anything because I don't want to play with my stones. I have taken one out and cut it open to look inside. Cost? Epsom salt, grape fruit, and olive oil cost less than ordering a Domino's pizza. What a great trade off. :-) Just try it once and you'll be hooked on cleaning your liver out. The euphoric feeling also is better than sex. Well, almost. hahaha Happy Flushing. Guest guest
Ok, while we're at it...I found what is better than a colander for me is a camping bucket with a seat ($15 at the camp store). You can empty it whenever you're ready. But you can hear some of the stones hit the plastic bottom! Wow! And if there is any liquid in there, some of them will float too...yet you don't lose anything like the regular toilet. (How's this Agnes? We gettin' down and dirty now, eh? LOL! ;-0 It's not a common topic of conversation in typical circles, of course, but out here - everything is fair game! I will tell you what I do. Guest guest
Yes, you can do the flush without the fast but you should avoid all fatty foods that cause the bile to exit the GB on the day, or even also on the day before the flush. Eat only fruits, veggies, juices, etc. You want the oil to contract the GB and remove the stones. Also, you may feel ill if you don't fast before a flush. Your stomach should be pretty clear before drinking the oil so that the oil doesn't sit on the top of your stomach and make you feel like vomiting. My wife, who has never had pain, is drinking one TEASPOON of Virgin Olive Oil in the morning, 1/2 hour before breakfast. There are other herbs and natural medicines you can take from health food stores that will recondition your liver to create good bile and function properly. Herbs, juices, and natural medicines can also crush stones over time so that they will naturally pass out of your system. I'm not sure what is a great diet to do because I am going the way of the fasting and flushing. The Internet is full of liver care information and maybe someone else can suggest a good site to view on that. This slower, less drastic method of cleaning your liver will work but will be over months of a good diet. You may never see the stones because they will pass through in your regular bowel movements. The reason us who flush see the sludge and stones that float so clearly is because we have fasted and rushed the procedure to get the quicker results. Also, by not eating we are eliminated the other waste besides the stones and liver sludge so that we can see the degree of our reslts. Whatever you do, I hope you can mantain your liver and GB and not have pains associated with stones. Good luck, be healthy. Guest guest
The recipe I use is found on www.curezone.com. Dr. Hulga s liver/gb cleanse. The products you need are very simple and inexpensive. Bottle of Virgin Olive Oil. Grapefruit or lemons. Epsom salt. You only need very little amounts of these for each flush. The expense is nothing. You'd easily spend more for a couple of pizzas. All the recipes I've seen online use small amounts of these products and I think most everyone on here uses it.
