Guest guest
, I agree with you. You should go back to what works best for your body. Everyone is different. Dr. worked the best for me. Remember also that every flush is different and your body is also in a different mode because of diet. Results could change with the same method too. I think us 'newbies' should do at least 10 flushes before we can decide what is the best way to get these results. Good luck. Happy Flushing. Yes, it's possible I have a stone stuck but I used Hulda's recipe last night and it only calls for 1/2 cup olive oil, and last time I used nearly a pint, and it worked like a charm! Next time I'm going to use 1 and a half cups olive oil and probably nearly as much grapefruit juice and see what happens. Yes, I used epsom salts too. I think I need more olive oil in there for lubrication. I am new at this but gee, one tends to go back to what works. of Dewberry Hill > > " People are like stain glass windows; they sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is alight within. Every flush pushes bile out, and that is the main Success. Every flush cleanses intestines, and that is an important Success. Sometimes stones just don't come out. Sometimes there are no stones to come out. Sometimes, one flush was enough. Sometimes, it takes months before next flush gives results. Every person is different. Do not assume that you should have the same experience as other people. There are many " unknown " factors other then oil quantity that may influence flush results. I will just try to give you a few hints: - Biorhythms -Menstrual cycle -Moon (fool moon is “suppose” to be the best time) -Season (winter is OK, but the " best " time is Spring time. Summer is OK, but the " worst " season is Autmn.) There is always the possibility that you actually flushed all the stones that could exit, in your first flush. Guest guest
I agree totally with Agnes. Well said. Also Debra, I want to tell you what happened on my third flush that may encourage you... Whereas I didn't have the stones coming out right away after the Epsom salts, I also thought it was a letdown. Later in the day, after eating light fruits and veggies, I passed stones in my regular bowel movement. Also for two days after. This I could see in my regular stool as little balls sticking out the side. I don't mean to gross you out but the fact is that some stones may have come out hidden in your regular bowel movements in the days following as well as on the first morning after a flush. Just an observation. Hope it helps encourage you. Guest guest
Thanks for your good reply Agnes. I didn't use enought Epsom salts (had read recipe wrong). Will let you know again in 2 weeks for sure. Guest guest
Lori, it was one that called for lots of water mixed with 20 lemons and pint of olive oil. It made me sick (water sat on top of oil and it called for lemon juice which doesn't mix real well with the olive oil) but still worked. Too much water. Will not use water next time and will use grapefruit juice instead...it tastes better and mixes well. I like the pink kind. But will use nearly a pint of olive oil mixed with grapefruit if I can get it down. And more epsom salts than Hulda s. I do admit I think I didn't use enough ES last time. Anyway here is my new recipe that I made up, of course not eating for 4 hours and no fat all day. Then 3 1/2 TBS Epsom Salt in 10 oz water. Go to bathroom when you have to, and you will! Hour and half later drink one of 4 drinks spaced 10-15 minutes apart or however soon you can comfortably down them: 1/2 cup olive oil and 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit squeezed and strained. I think it uses about 6 grapefruits(1 and a half each drink). Lie as much as possible on your right side between drinks. At any time you feel nauseous suck on a peppermint or chew a piece of mint gum (works wonders). Then go to bed on right side knees up and try to stay that way as much as possible for 4-5 hours. Then you can sleep on back or right side rest of night. 8 hours after you go to bed, drink another 3 1/2 TBS Epsom Salt in 10oz of water and go back to bed or whatever you want to do, but realx. Stones will pass all day. If you feel the need you can drink a weaker solution of ES in a couple of hours. And you can eat light low/no fat meals later, starting with fruit or light soup. You will have the runs all day as the stones and sludge pass. Now I'm not an expert at this having done one successful and having given my husband one like the above recipe, but I do know it works. If anyone on this list thinks this much olive oil is not good let me know, but I've seen it used in other gallstone recipes. of Dewberry Hill : which recipe did you use for the first flush that worked so well for you?
