Hi Amy - your entire message was in Sanscrit - not readable, at least by my

computer (I have a Mac, but have always been able to read all messages). Can

you resend?

thanks

Barbara

Leon,

Absolutely no clue what you are talking about. Bottom line-are we all

infected now?

I wrote what I thought was a concise discription of binary encoded files,

but I guess not. I guess I need to retake Nerd 101. ;-]

If you get digest mode, no. If you have a Mac, no. If you have a PC and get

individual mailings, maybe. Delete the Happy99.exe file if it's on your

disk, and run virus detection software. If you clicked on the Happy99.exe

file and saw fireworks on your screen, definitely. Run virus protection

software.

p.s. If you have some idea about how email works, and how the internet

works, you can cope better with problems when they come up. I heartily

recommend Crispen's " Roadmap Workshop "
