Epsom salt have nothing in common with table salt. (Yes it does - color)

Most people who are taking Epsom salts daily, (1tsp a day ) report better

cardiovascular and intestinal health and reported normalized blood pressure.

Magnesium contained in Epsom salts is important mineral, and can improve

health.

It also promotes bile production and discharge, lowers cholesterol, and

lowers chances for developing (calcified) gallstones.

If I would want to prevent, avoid or cure gallbladder stones, pregnancy

problems, heart problems, hypertension, cancer, Alzheimer, Parkinsons,

Osteoporosis, Kidneys, Liver, ... I would be taking Epsom salts daily,

(or every second day) 1tsp a day, deluted with a lot of water.

Epsom salt have been part of human diet in last 50 000 years.

Unrefined sea salt, mineral water, ... naturally contain Epsom salt.

Since people started eating refined foods and refined salt, ... magnesium

deficiency become pandemy.

Hello Agnes,

How much water?....... 2 liters with 1 tsp of epsom salt.

Can you still taste it? (I think that the taste of ES is the worst

part of the flush)

Thank you,

Suzanne
