Epsom salt and high blood pressure

Can you use epsome salts if you have high blood pressure? We are waiting to

Hi Jeanne,

I had the same concern before my first flush, (I have high blood pressure).

No worries, Epsom salt will actually lower your blood pressure. I've done two

flushes so far with no adverse reactions (unless you count a huge case of nerves

the first time cause I worried about taking the Epsom Salts :-)
