Guest guest
Dear Agnes, You mentioned: " There is always the possibility that you actually flushed all the stones that could exit, in your first flush. " My last flush produced negligable results. - 15 tiny stones. I not only know (via the ultra sound) that I have stones in my gallbladder, but I still get symptoms of heaviness and have had a gallbladder attack in the meantimes. What to do in this case? Keep cleansing or concentrate on diet change? Can one cleanse too much if there is no need to do other than the yearly maintenance? My best cleanse was on Sept. 15. Thanks for your input - Agnes + all of group Suzanne

But, not every 2 weeks, maybe every 4 weeks or 6 ? >Can one cleanse too much if there is no need to do other than the >yearly maintenance? If you have GB stone, and if you do cleanse every 2, 3 or 4 weeks, it most likely will not be too much. (It will be too much if you are pregnant or breast feeding, or very old, or very sick,... ) Diarrhea can cause a loss of magnesium and other minerals (even diarrhea induced by Magnesium Sulphate - ES) . Make sure your diet contain minerals to balance diarrhea - water - magnesium and other minerals (soups, unrefined sea salt, epsom salt (not to cause diarrhea), ...).
