Guest guest
If one stays on fast, low calorie- Lemonade diet for extended time, while it slow metabolism really low - hurt it in long run, or will it do more good by giving the body to correct some problems. only been a week, feel fine, read some links someone sent me about Dick who stayed extended times. not sure if hes still alive or what age died at. mostly wondering what effect it has on thyroid. calvin someone sent me the following links, but hadn't found info on metabolism in the long run. The lemon juice/maple syrup/cayenne thing is the same stuff activists drink when fasting during protests. Unless you are extremely thin, or have some medical condition which puts you at risk, you can survive on this stuff for a LONG time.
