Guest guest
First, if I forgot to say happy holidays and Marry Chrsitmas to you all, then I appologize!!! MARRY CHRISTMAS wrote that there are alternatives to steroids, which I was not aware of that fact. I am trying to follow up the messages of the group on a daily basis, but I don't remember reading such a thing before today... can any one educate me please? I am trying to change my health situation which is very poor at the moment, this is why I finally decided to take steroids. I changed my diet according to the BBD, and I'm very strict about it. I am waiting to perform and ELISA test, and I'm also considering taking gyconutrients, and to remove my amalgam dental fillings. But maybe I'm just doing too much? maybe I'm missing something.. There is a book called " The Guide to Treatment and Management " , I heard about it today http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/1932603514?tag2=worldofms-21 has any one read it? Happy holidays everyone, and thanks for all your comments and support. Wish us all good health! Ronit
