Artificial Sweetners...specifically Splenda

Ladies...I have recently become convinced that some of my symptons are

related to Splenda and artifical sweetners. For those that do not

know me, I had my implants taken out in July of 2006. There was an

almost immediate benefit. My horrible skin rash went away and my

energy levels went up.

However, I continued to periodically develop some blurry vision, some

bloating and increase level of joint pain in my feet as well as a

strange " tingling " that felt almost like a burning.

I realized that while I knew of the dangers of articial sweetners,

specifically the new Splenda, I had allowed myself to believe that ALL

of my symptons were related to my implants and started to drink my

loved Diet Coke again and to use articial sweetners in my coffee...etc.

About 5 days ago, I decided to do another test and get off of all the

artifical sweetners that had found their way back into my life.

My vision is no longer blurry, my feet do not tingled, the bloating is

much better.

So for those of you that have these symptons, you might consider

doing your own test and get off artificial sweetners for a week to see

how you feel. It is so easy to get seduced into using this stuff,

since it is everywhere and in practically everything.

Implants may have made us " supersensitive " to the chemicals found in a

lot of things. Or ...vice versa ...for that matter. Spenda has 3

chlorine molucles attached to a sucralose molecule. Some researchers

liken it to a pesticide and chlorocarbon.
