I'm thinking of creating a BLT Quiche. Here's what I think I'll do. I'll make my basic quiche mixture of eggs, cream, water, salt, and pepper, and then add in some roughly shredded romaine lettuce, some grated white cheddar cheese (plenty of it!) and some large pieces of broken up cooked bacon. Then, I'll pour it into a quiche dish and top it all off with thinly sliced tomatoes and maybe a bit more cheese. What do you guys think . . . will it work?
