Hi Rogene,

Most plastic surgeons where I live charge around $50 for a consultation but

they do credit it toward surgery if you book with them.

Sandy,

I had the same problem. I didn't live in Vegas anymore and wouldn't

go back to the ps who left the one capsule in anyway. I got a

referral from my PCD (regular doctor). He gave me the refferal to a

general vascular surgeon who removes lumps and such and treats

cancer patients, she was very familiar with breast surgeries and was

not a ps. Try this route. They don't ask for a fee upfront and

welfare paid for it.

I can see charging if the patient decides not to use the surgeon - But if the surgeon decided he/she doesn't want to do it, I'd call foul!
