Natren's Healthy Trinity is a good probiotic. There is a big difference between

a digestive enzyme such as Wobenzyme (which is one of the best) and a probiotic.

Probiotics work in the intestines and must be enteric coated to pass through the

stomach to reach the lower gut. Digestive enzymes work in the stomach to help

digest foods. Hope this helps.
