The fatigue I think is the worst symptoms. Mine is so much better since explant 7 months ago. Dr. Kolb sold me this stuff called Corvalen M and it did work for muscle aches pains and fatigue. You can order this over that phone at her office and they will mail to you in about 2 days.

Patty,

Great Response!!!!!!!! I was going to add that like at Dr. Kolb's they have a finance company, maybe they could get the financing get the surgery, then deal with the insurance later for reimbursement. DR. Kolb says, only one patient whom came to her was not sick from implants, she had lyme disease. Only ONE I was scared when I had mine removed, since most other doctor's convince you it is not the implants, you will start to second guess, am I making the right decision. Don't Look Back, chances are you are absolutely correct and the $40,000.00 worth of doctors who told me no way "safe" saline, proof they are wrong. I don't mean to brag about this but crazy how they all went to college and they are so educated, most just lost all there common sense in the books. IF it is man made it is not perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!! God Bless!!!!!!!!!1

Yes, a few women have had luck with getting insurance to cover explant. I was one of them. My explanting doctor wrote the letter in such a way that the insurance paid for removal and the lift. I was shocked.

Other women have had to go through the surgery, have their implants analyzed, and then after proving that the implants were contaminated with micro-organisms, been reimbursed for the cost of surgery. Sometimes you just have to put out the money until you can prove that the implants needed to come out. It takes working with your insurance company to get that surgery covered.

Some insurance companies will not cover you if you have implants, or they charge a very high rate. My neighbor used to be an insurance agent and he told me that there were companies that would not insure women with implants.

You will get through this! I am sure it is comforting for you to know that there are lots of women who have gone through this before you, but it still requires alot of work on your part to get through it all. You'll make it. As soon as you can find the right surgeon and get the finances figured out, it will be over before you know it, and you can work on healing.

Take care,

Patty

I never considered insurance covering this.. and the pain

any experiences with insurance covering this? I though the insurance company could cancel you for having breast implants. My pain in the implants is getting bad, of course I have the horrendous fatigue and muscle aches and now this! I don't know how I can wait much longer, been sick for two years and now a lot of pain.
