Well I bought mine at D'lites. Not everwhere has D'lites so

if not check to see if there may be another store that sells

Atkins food near you. If not I am sure you can find the

recipe somewheres or maybe Terry knows it and make them

yourself.

you can also order bagels (they will cost you a fortune) from

http://www.aspenicecream.com

I've heard their absolutely fabulous. I'm afraid to try them because I

figure they must have trace amounts of wheat or wheat gluten in them and as

I've repeatedly said, I have celiac disease. :P

I probably should try them though. Shoot, I ate a wasa cracker two days ago

and now here I am, constipated as all get out and all swollen because of the

flour in them. (sorry for the excess info there, but it's early and I'm

really crabby!)

My recipe used baking soda in the water. BTW, big soft pretzels are made the

same way.

Hi Todd,

I bought the pasta too but I am not to fond of it. I only tried it once.

I will try making mac. and cheese and see how that goes. Hope you like

it.

I agree it is a little spendy. Have a great day.

What I said was: " water with some sure dissolved in it, "

What I meant was " water with some sugar dissolved in it. "

See, I can't even SPELL sugar any more!
