One thing that they need to consider, not everyone goes to the doctor.

Men can't be screened if they don't go. A PSA test is relatively

cheap, or free at many health fairs, but most guys - just like me -

hate needles. Had my dad not died of PCa I probably would not have

gone until it was too late myself. And from what I read often black

guys get this some earlier than the white guys so routine screening at

50 might not catch it early.
