Guest guest
Maritza, I'm happy to hear you have had your explant. Good girl! Did the capsules get removed? It hasn't been too long since you had them out, so try and be patient-- you will feel better. I have been taking raw garlic, as recommended by many of the women here-- it's cheap and it does help. You might want to try it. Taking hot baths and showers can help. Also, try and get some gentle exercise and do some gentle stretching-- it will help your circulation. Hope you feel some relief soon. Guest guest
, I am with you. I need to try to go back to work next month, I have been out of work for almost 2 years. I still have the apin really bad in the neck, shoulders and headaches and hips. The ONLY thing that has helped me is the massages from the chiro. I hope and pray like you it gets better, I just had the residual capsule removed 9/26/06. Guest guest
- hang in there. 3 months is still pretty soon to be seeing everything improve - I would be encouraged by the fact that the brain fog and memory loss have improved so much. It took me 6 to 9 months before the neck pain really improved, and I'm a year post explant and the joint swelling seems to have improved quite a bit, too. You just have to live life and stop thinking about a timeframe - your body heals at it's own pace.
