Guest guest
Does anyone have experience of the Triple Hormone Blockade Leibowitz protocol? This is a treatment advocated by Dr. Bob Leibowitz in LA. His basic reasoning is that if oncologists use triple hormone blockades when all other treatments have failed, then why not do it as the first treatment. He tells of a 99% success rate with no irreversible side effects. No treatments seem appealing, but this seems to be less invasive if it indeed works as advertised. One thing that raises a question mark in my mind is that he has trademarked this treatment. I have emailed him asking why, but have had no response yet. Of course I have to keep reminding myself that medicine is just a business in the USA, so maybe the trademark thing is not as sinister as my mind wants to believe. Thanks Barry (recently diagnosed, age 56, PSA 3.8, Gleason (3+3)=6, no staging given)
