lots of raw garlic...... real cloves crushes and swallowed...won't do much for the breath but has worked better for me than any yeast stuff I have ever tried... went thru sinus hell in 2003 after explant - was on the strongest antibiotics they could give for almost a year then was on two at one time...... was a yeast monster for months.... haven't touched antibiotics since.... had 2 sinus ops back to back....

,Garlic may make you feel uncomfortable - especially if you have a systemic fungal issue going on . . . Just start slow and easy. One small clove, then two, then three, etc. . . . Think of it as sending in an army to knock out the bad guys . . . You have to expect a little rumble! It will get much better after the army takes charge! You can scrape crushed garlic off a garlic press with an opened gel cap (get at a formulating pharmacy) . . . Eat an apple or parsley afterwards to freshen your mouth.Hugs,RogeneGMCLADY98@... wrote: When you girls say garlic..how much and won't it give me awful heartburn ?
