Thursday, no--Saturday, no--Monday (impatiently waiting for surgery)

So, I was originally scheduled for October 8th, but my back went out.

Then I was scheduled for November 19th, but I needed back surgery

first so that I could walk 3-5 miles a day (the MRIs finally showed

something the surgeon could work on). Then I rescheduled for January

10th (two days from now).

But that got postponed to Saturday, because the Dr. was going to be

away at a meeting that day.

Then Saturday just became Monday (1/14/08) because they couldn't

gather up sufficient staff to work on me on Saturday, and, besides,

the daVinci machine needed it's monthly maintenance.

So, I think I'm going in for the surgery on Monday morning. Wish me

luck!
