Guest guest
That's how we did them. It worked well . Sue Marguerite <mmmckinney1@...> wrote: I have a question ...when doing HBOT treatments, is there any disadvantage to doing 2 one hour treatments per day for 5 days, then 2 days off. These treatments would be at least 5 hours apart. We really want the 40 treatments to start with, however will be taking time off work to get these since there is NO WHERE within 2.5-3 hours of our home. I will travel to the treatments with my son and stay til they are finished, so of course I am trying to cut down on the time away from my job/family. I wondered if there would be a disadvantage to this versus only one treatment per day? Guest guest
We are also traveling far to do the treatments and my DAN doc said it is not a problem to do two hours per day; in fact you can do them back to back if your child can stand the confinement We have found that doing one hour, getting out for an hour and a half and going to lunch (find a fast food with a playground) and then getting back in for the second hour works perfectly. We have done 18 hours of dives so far and side effects to this. Hope this helps,

Guest guest
I took part in an HBOT study for implanted women . . . I don't know if I was a control or a subject though. I was able to return to work afterwards. However, the other woman who was in the study with me introduced me to liver flushes . . . We both did one while in the study . . . I felt that helped more than the HBOT treatments! At one time, a woman set up a HBOT chamber to treat implant women. . . I've heard a lot of good things about it. It can be very expensive though!
