Guest guest
Sandy, I wish we had some sure answers for you . . . Unfortunately, it's the kind of thing where you just have to plod along trying this and that until you find what helps and what doesn't work. IMHO, the best way to do that is to educate yourself regarding all the different aspects - bacteria, supplements, diet, stress management, alternative therapies, etc. I know it's overwhelming . . . we've all been there. When I started my healing journey, I had no support group to help . . . I did belong to a support group, but nobody was getting better, and if I brought up unusual therapies, I got some really strange looks and comments. After I turned my healing over to God and trusted him to lead me to what I needed, people would show up in my life with information, ideas would come to me out of the blue . . . By considering every thing that came along, and going with my gut feel, I found my way out of the hole I was in. I think it's very important to organize your thoughts . . . use a journal to keep track of what you're doing and how you feel. It's way to easy to lose focus and veer off track. Getting well won't be as simple as taking a couple supplements and getting well . .. It will be learning about all aspects of symptoms, diet, supplement and YOURSELF. Take it one step at a time. . . Chances are good that you will have to have your capsules removed . . . but, MAYBE you won't if you can find something that will clear the toxins otherwise. Even if you try everything and still need to have your capsules removed, you'll be that much further ahead in your recovery. The good news is that you can get better . . . The bad news is that you'll probably have to work at it for the rest of your life. My implants have been out for 12 years - and I still have to work at finding the balance between what I would like to do and what I have to do to stay well. Hugs and prayers, Rogene
