It does make you wonder doesn't it. It is so difficult to know what to do for the best and I don't have money to "waste" at the moment.

Think I will stick to what I am on for now and perhaps re-think in 6 months or so.

I was having problems recently with enzymes but have changed the dose and the time I take them and things have now settled down.

There are some miracle healing stories with Ambrotrose and Mannatech products. But there are also people who went downhill on them. So it is hard to know. A nutritional consultant that I was working with said she was suing them because they changed their formulation several years ago and she said it can now cause yeast to overgrow badly. I think Patty tried them and felt worse on them. It is hard to know if that is a herx or a true worsening. They are very expensive. It never ceases to amaze me how things that work well for one person don't work at all for someone else. That is how I have managed to waste thousands of dollars in supplements, etc that didn't work as I had hoped!
