Sunny how many weeks has it been since your explant ? you sound like you are really doing great...I'm so happy for you. Sounds as though you are getting your health back. I pray this will happen for me real soon too.

Sandy, you sure are a lovely spirit. I love your posts. I'm praying

for you everyday...I have a long list of people I have on my prayer

list.

I think one of the main reasons my stomach went down is that I

changed my live-it (not die-it) quite drastically, as I had hope

again of getting well. I eliminated all white flour products, and

processed foods, sugar, cookies, cake, and would treat myself with

pure maple syrup (small amounts) and frozen soy yogurt for ice cream,

and a few other foods. I had really developed an emotional eating

problem to the point where I almost became bulemic. One night long

ago I was sitting on the couch " pigging out " late in the evening and

looked down at my stomach. I couldn't stop eating but I didn't want

my stomach to get any bigger, so....hey, why don't I just throw up? "

Oh, oh.............that was SCARY!

Rather than say, " you can't have this, and you can't eat that " I

say, " I can eat this, and I can eat that " . There are SO many fruits

and veggies that I haven't tried yet. It's a wonderland! Also found

out that I love quinoa (a seed) looks like grain....you roast it for

7 minutes and then cook like rice. Yummy!

Love to you and yours,

Sunny :)

Sunny - good for you ! your diet sure has evolved - isn't it a wonderful thing? The Food/Mood connection is truly amazing. Null has some great books for people to check out at libraries on this matter. I always remember "Live Food = Live Cells" - the more fresh, organic stuff we can get the more healing we'll have. go Sunny!Sunny <wellnessnow@...> wrote: Sandy, you sure are a lovely spirit. Thanks, Emerald! I plan to challenge my marathon-running son next

year. I don't care if I walk most of the way, I will prevail!!! lol

Love, healing & yummy natural foods,

, my surgery was July 26th...Wow, it's been that long already??

It would've been better if I didn't have to move for Sept. 1. That

was difficult...however, the grandkids did alot of muscle work for me.

Before you know it, you'll have a new lease on life too. Patience is

hard to come by when you're feeling so yukky. Hang in there and know

you're loved by many.

Sending extra healing angels your way,

Love, Sunny :)

Sandy,

That's something I've observed, too. I think there's alot of truth

to " a son is a son 'til he takes a wife, but a daughter's a daughter

for the rest of her life " . However, guess who my husband always

compares me to? His momma!! My husband, as an adult, kept his

distance from his mother when she was ill. It hurt her badly, but

there's something within him that was frightened by his mother being

sick. Then I got implants and got sick, and he reacted the same way

with me.
