Kenda, I empathize with you....when my sons were little and I was a

single mom, they were on a super healthy diet, as was I. Then I got

married to a man with 2 sons, raised 4 wonderful sons, and I took to

cooking what he liked, and veered away from healthy eating. Not to

blame him...I found it difficult to cook two separate suppers.

Finally, got a system going that worked. Now, as adults my sons do

like to have their fruit & veggies still, and my married son is a

little more health conscious than my son Mike, my room-mate. With

Mike, it was always financial...living on a very limited budget. Now

that we are roomies, we share most food and everytime I eat fruit or

veggies I put a big plate out for the 2 of us. He digs right in!

Still struggle with some " comfort " foods, but all in all, after being

poisoned from the implants, I am more than motivated to get my health

back. We're going to go swimming and skating as a family once a

week, so Emma will be my personal fitness coach!! lol

Keep up the good fight....you always have good things to say...I've

learned lots from your posts.

Love always,

Sunny :)
