Guest guest
Dear Sandy, I've had Chiari for 5 years now and am not menopnausal, but have had problems with temperature the whole time. As Chiari got worse, this problem got worse. I cannot take hot sunlight (temp rises), and severe cold will cause terribly cold hands and tight muscles and right side semiparesis (function slows down). I've found staying out of the strong direct sun, and wearing gloves and a neck scarf when its cold to be helpful. I also have low functioning hormones (probly due to chiari) but am not peri-menopausal. Take care, Barbara in Florida
