Big Shake Mistake

Warning...this can happen before you know it!

I wasn't very hungry for lunch yesterday, and in a rush, so I decided to

make a shake. As a new twist, I planned to crush some ice in it (since I

have heard that idea here on the list). Anyway, I usually make an 8 oz

shake (1 scoop egg protein, 2 oz heavy cream, 6 oz water). Before I was

done, I had doubled this!

Well, you might say...that's only 16 oz shake, but look at these numbers:

- 2 scoops egg protein (200 calories, 8g carbs)

- 4 oz heavy cream (400 calories, 3.2g carbs)

over 600 calories on a shake!

Be careful...this is lot easier to eat without thinking than 600 calories of

chicken breasts. Calories do count!
