Guest guest
Fox News just popped on with a report that two men had a sudden unexpected aggressive development of their prostate cancer having purchased and consumed over-the-counter herbal supplements - and a bottle was shown identified as "Flaxseed Oil." Not sure if that bottle was just flashed to identify that as a supplement example. Whatever the product, it included both testosterone and estrogen in its mix. The news report had a physician comment on the importance that anyone purchasing over-the-counter supplements should read the fine print, but even then unrecognizable terms can be used that mask the contents. For this reason, the report recommends that even over-the-counter supplements should first be taken to your physician to determine if safe.
