Guest guest
Carolyn; My experience with reflexology is it is very affective with pain relief! There isn't anyone here close to do it (had it done one time in another town) or I'd have it instead of massage; my massage therapist is trying to get certified in it though;she feels it is more benficial in many situations too. (she feels for CMT it might help in addition to massage) ===== " TODAY IS A " GIFT " . . TOMORROW IS NOT A PROMISE. . . MAKE THE MOST OF THE " PRESENT " ! " TO MAKE A FRIEND TAKES BUT A MOMENT. . . When the gallbladder problems started last fall I asked the massage therapist if he would work on the gallbladder area of the foot. At that point I was willing to try anything in order to avoid surgery! When he first started working on the foot I didn't really notice anythign and we just chatted while he worked. All of a sudden I felt something that is hard to describe - sort of a warm sensation - like a warm fluid moving inside me. It was very brief, but it really felt good and it was in the area of the gallbladder. I also had another related experience during a gallbladder flush. I think I might have shared about this out here when it happened. I'd had problems with my right foot and the foot doctor said it was probably plantar fascitis. During one cleanse I woke up in the middle of the night with a strong throbbing pain in my right foot. It just pulsed a couple of times and then subsided within a couple of minutes. After that the pain was gone. I haven't had a problem with what they thought was plantar fascitis since then. It made a believer out of me as to the connection between those pressure points and their related areas of the body! I think that the foot pain might actually have been a signal that there was a problem in the gallbladder. This is interesting stuff! in health,
