Water Bras and water pad inserts

How soon can you start wearing either of these ? Also if your a B ...would you buy a water bra in a B ? This is all so new to me...hahahah Is there away to stuff your sports bra without hurting your breast while they are healing without having to wear another bra on the out side ?

You are probably not going to want to stuff your sports bra with anything-- it'll be too uncomfortable, with your tender newly-explanted breasts. Maybe just wait and see how you feel.
