As regards the amounts of oil taken, it does make a difference. However, a

pint is what I've taken most of the time myself as a complete concoction of

oil and grapefruit juice, eight ounces of each, and this has been more than

enough to do the job. In fact, when I do a flush as part of a colonic I only

use four ounces or less of the olive oil and still get some pretty amazing

results.

Yes, I did a great colema/cleanse flush the day before my gallstone flush (that

did n't work because I did n't use enough ES, BTW) so would have been a great

time to do it right because I was really clean! of DH
