I can't speak for General Terry (heck, I'd be scared to even try, LOL!) but I'm pretty sure she'll say something similar. At snack time, eat real protein foods rather than snack-type foods, even " legal " snacks - go for foods like a hard-boiled egg, roast beef, chicken breast, tuna. Or add a little more protein at mealtimes, like three eggs instead of two for breakfast. You will probably find that eating enough protein keeps hunger away.
