Hello Ladies,

I just wanted everyone to know that I had my explant by Dr. Kolb on

6/30/06 and she did a great job and I'm feeling good. I have posted

pictures on the shutterfly of pre implants, with implants and after

explant. If anyone is considering using Dr. Kolb and you have questions

feel free to contact me at adkrick@.... Thanks for all you help and

support. It was about a year ago that I found this site and thanks to

you all I was able to move forward in my healing!

Thanks for posting your pictures Allyson, You're looking great! . . . No one would know you ever had breast implants! . .. And, thanks for stopping by with an encouraging word. It really helps women who are contemplating surgery, or haven't started feeling like themselves yet! . . .I'm happy to hear you are doing well!Hugs,Rogene

Rogene, Patty and ladies,

Thanks for everything. I feel great and I can't believe how great my

breast look. And to think how worried I was. Patty my health this

year has slowly improved with the help of going to my natural doctor

and making lifestyle changes. Before my implants were explanted my

thyriod tested in the normal range, but I know that I still have more

work to do Dr. Kolb did an MSH test on me , which is a chemical that

your brain produces which in turn has a direct relation to how your

hypothalums, adrenals and thyriod funtions. Any how it was low, which

she said this just gives me more evidence that I have been sick. She

said she would like to me to retest it later to see if things Change

after the implants. Have any of you heard much about the MSH? Well

she also says that I have mold and MCS issues, but I did not need her

to tell me that. I have always had them I think even before the

implants, but I think it got worse. Anyhow I know that without the

implants I have removed a big triggor to pushing my immune system in

the wrong path.I plan on trying to do some detoxing a little later

after I go back to my ND in August/Sept. As for now, Im just resting

and I will follow Dr. Kolobs silicon immune protocol. I was taking

alot of the herbals that were on her list already so, I think I'm

heading in the right direction. I would like to try more natural ways

this year and rely less on the herbs. I started before my explant

going to the sauna a few times a week. I would like to do some

fasting, but I will wait until I am further along with my healing

from explant. I will keep posting my progress for everyone and as I

said, before please contact me if anyone has questions. I've been

there and know exactly how you are feeling.

You all are wonderful women and if we keep passing the word along

then we will make a difference. Two women form the support group

actually refered to a Dr. here in Va that I had considered to do my

explant, but later decided that I would just use him to remove

drains/stitches. Well his hnurse said " how do you ladies know each

other " and " where are you all coming from " . I said from the saline

support group! So, the word is getting out there. Knowledge will set

you free!

Keep strong ladies and keep searching,

Allyson, from VA
