Guest guest
Hi Carole, Congratulations on your surgery, I'm glad that you are feeling ok. Sometimes I can't believe what we've all been through because of these implants, it's so hard to fathom sometimes, and it's so amazing that the medical community doesn't generally acknowledge us. Thank God we have eachother. Take good care of yourself. Sis > > This is Carole I posted a while back that I was trying to get an > explant done if Tricare (military) approved it. In tissues healing after surgery, sometimes there is some adherence of tissue to tissue in an undesirable way (in terms of appearance, that is), and my explant surgeon gave me some helpful advice. This was my experience... After explantation in 1994, I noticed on one breast that some 'scar tissue forming process' was occurring in one breast, keeping it from moving freely, and gentle massage (this was during very early healing period after surgery) helped the tissues not become adhered to each other, and both my breasts ended up soft and normal in all respects. Just a suggestion. Check with your physician.
Guest guest
Carole, oh, I'm ecstatic for you! Implant-free! That banana boob club is just too funny!! We must keep a good sense of humor to get through all us! Love & prayers heading your way! Keep in touch. I am 6 weeks post explant and feeling better by the day. The mental & emotional freedom is also so awesome. Take good care of yourself, Sunny > > This is Carole I posted a while back that I was trying to get an > explant done if Tricare (military) approved it. They did and I had > it done on Monday.
