Guest guest
, I believe in moderation in life...I know we have to restrict ourselves and get well...I allow myself tiny bits of this and that, and don't overload on anything unhealthy. I also went to see Henry, here at the Bible College, he delivers people from Food entities, etc. When my sister died I sat with her by the coffin for a time, and some " thingies " transferred to me, causing me to pick up her food addiction. I started eating at night...and gained 50 lbs. very quickly, then realized I coulnd't stop and was on the verge of bulemia. He helped me toss these " uglies " out and now I have way more control of what I want to do. It's amazing when we take the holistic approach to heal --we must include the spiritual, cuz it's all connected, isn't it? Hope you feel better and greater everyday! Guest guest
Sunny, That is what Holistic means....body, mind, and spirit. Jordin, really stresses this in his The Great Physicians Rx for Health and Wellness. If we want to be healthy, we must allow God to be in control of it all. Guest guest
, you got that right! God's driving our bus, and as co- pilots we make decisions with our free will to sometimes jump off the bus and take a cab, or ride a bike in our own direction. My main drive in educating people with my workshops is to explain that holistic means " holy " which is honouring God, and " wholistic " means dealing with the whole pie, not just some pieces " . It's alot of fun...we really don't see how our life is out of balance until we sit down and draw a chart and clock the hours and minutes spent on what. God will see my through this surgery...I just know it! Bless you for your ongoing support, Sunny > > > > > > Hey Rogene, > > > Do you or any of the other ladies have any tricks to help with > the > > sugar cravings for the three weeks it takes to kick it?
