Guest guest
I talked to a representative at Body Pure about foot pads vs. foot baths . . . She has customers who use both - as well as practioners who offer foot baths. What she told me is that they both operate on the same principle . . . Most people are unable to get access,or afford, foot baths frequently, so foot pads are different option. Some customers use both .. using foot pads between foot baths. She recommends using a pad on one foot one night and the other foot the other night for starters. . . That's how they figure that 30 pads are equal to a months supply. They send a certificate for testing with each 30 pads . . . but their list of toxins they test for is very limited. You can get additional testing done, but you have to pay for that. If you want something unusual tested for, you have to provide a sample of that material to compare with what is found on the foot pads. In the case of silicone, I don't think it's reasonable to expect they will be able to detect silicone because there are so many kinds of silicones.
