Guest guest
...I'm glad to hear everything went well and that you are happy. Are you planning on doing detox on your own ? I didn't think DR Feng did that .Also did you have a lift ? Was she able to tell you how you may end up looking ? That's great about the pain...good to hear. I explant 9/7/06 with DR Kolb. How long did you have implants and were they saline ? karen
Guest guest
, I am soooo happy for you. I knew you would love Dr. Feng. She is so sensitive to those who are hurting from their implants. I am glad you are feeling so much better. Your note was full of so much positive energy, I cried. I need some positive thoughts right now. Thanks, <jdebolt@...> wrote: Hi everyone!Well, my explant was done last week Wednesday. I was amazed at how well I felt after surgery. Dr. Feng did an excellent job! I loved her staff and her clinic both. I had hardly any pain, and didn't even need pain medication!! Well, maybe once or twice at night! The problem is, I still have my drains in! It just won't quit draining! We stayed in a hotel for seven nights...and then just had to come home as we were heartbroken missing our babies at home! I am going back to Ohio tomorrow (UGH!) and getting the drains out on Saturday...10 days after Surgery. Who would have thought?!! I will be so glad to get this compression wrap OFF...and drains out. I will be so glad to take a SHOWER!!! LOL After our consultation, Dr. Feng concluded that the implants had aged me and my body systems about ten years! Its a crime.Immediate symptom relief?? I was amazed at how well I could take a DEEP BREATH after getting those heavy implants off my chest! Awesome! I am no longer SWEATING profusely all of the time. I have SLEPT soundly for the first time in six years. And my CONSTIPATION and digestion are 100% better for the first time in six years as well. Anyone contemplating the explant...do it! I know I have a long way to go, a lot of detox to get through, and hard work ahead...but I wouldn't change a thing about getting them out.My boobs? lol they look 80 years old! BUT...they are REAL and ALL MINE!!! I am in love. I got a peek when Dr. Feng had to re-wrap my compression bandages "tighter" to try and stop the drainage. Thanks all, I have missed you. Guest guest
---, thanks for the postive report! I am very excited for you, and your healing process. I look forward to mine. I have surgery on July 26...wish it was your doctor, but I will have to go with what God is choosing for me. Trust is hard to have after all the lies, but I'm doing it! Thanks again for the encouragement! Sunny In , " " <jdebolt@...> wrote: > > Hi everyone! > Well, my explant was done last week Wednesday. I was amazed at how > well I felt after surgery. Guest guest
, Count your blessings. My husband and I were in Atlanta for 3 weeks with Dr. Kolb because I wouldn't stop draining. Guest guest
, Congratulations!!! I'm glad to hear that everything went well. Some people just take longer to drain, I guess, and just think of it as more toxins going " down the tubes " rather than staying in your body. I'm glad that you've noticed changes already. I'm almost 8 months post-explant, and I feel like I've got my life back again. I'm working and doing well at my job, we had people over for dinner tonight, and I can see how different my husband is this year compared to last summer. Last summer we had a big dark cloud hanging over us (saline filled!!), and we were so miserable. I had lost my job (not implant related), our marriage was strained, and my health declined quickly after getting implants - I didn't feel like I had a reason to live. We didn't even entertain, which we normally do in the summer. I only had my implants for 6 months, but it was the worst six months of my life. I still go back and forth with symptoms, sometimes feeling almost normal, and other times feeling poorly, but very happy with my natural shape. I feel very blessed right now. Happy healing!!
