I had an orange mid-morning. It was a really hectic day and I didn't clean as much of the white stuff of it as I usually would. So it's possible that this formed and dragged stuff along the way. The other side of it - well, that could possibly have been some of the pulp from the orange that looked like multiple legs the way it was sticking out. But the other stuff was definitely strange matter that I'm glad to be rid of. Don't worry - I'm not panicking over here - it was more just an amazement thing and okay, maybe a little creepy! I am definitely happy that whatever it was is out of me. As for how I'm feeling - well, just tired, now, because I didn't sleep well last night. That will pass, though. I woke up once and had a bowel movement that was lots of chaff and gravel type stuff, which is very productive in my opinion. Then later this morning I had another with a couple dozen stones and about 3 or 4 pretty large ones (the biggest was about an inch) among them. I figure now that what looked so weird last night was actually the white pulp from the orange and then some of the orange itself that attached to it. It just LOOKED like legs at the time! At least you got that thing(s) out of your body. Sounds like worms or parasites to me. Since you did a parasite cleanse maybe that is it. And the big lima bean thing sounds like something you ate that collected stuff along the way. Or maybe you are right, it was some live thing that you killed while cleansing. Pretty cool. You bet it was. How else would that grow that big ? Please save it in the jar, and make sure you take a photo of it. It van be a new speces, never described before. (I am serious.) That is sort of what it looked like - tangled fishing line. I don't have a digital camera so I can't send you a picture of what looked like. And no - I didn't save it. Or I guess what really amazes me is that it was once inside me and that the body is able to function with all that garbage in there! Ick! It definitely pays off. Yesterday was such a hectic day at work and there were a couple of moments when I just wanted to postpone the cleanse so that I could eat something (which would have been totally out of stress and not healthy anyway!).
