Guest guest
Please say I can do it tonight. Thanks, And I understand a lot about the flushes, just not this fat eating part. _______________ Hi, , I can't tell you that it would work. The reason, I haven't tried it. I always prepare for at least 5 days before a cleanse. One time that I didn't prepare as well, I was nauseated but never did hurl! Although it was a new experience for me to even be nauseated. Another point, I understand from Dr. Cabot that our GBs are very active at about 7:00 p.m. You might consider this. But I suppose that someone else may have experienced your method, so I'll let them answer. Sorry I wasn't any help! Susie
Guest guest
Hi , I try and fast the whole day of the flush. I do eat a light breakfast of fruits, cereal, and mabe only a fruit and/or potato for lunch. I skip lunch if possible. You can fast days if you had to so skipping a few hours is nothing. The reason I avoid lunch is because you want to have a lot of bile built up in your GB for the cleanse. This will make the stones in the GB come out instead of only the soft liver stones. A little fat may not hurt the cleanse but you may not get the best results. Preperation is required for the best results. I want to do a late flush like at midnight. Is that too much fat to have eaten? I want this flush to be as successful as my first one, now that I know that I didn't use enough ES last time when I failed. Please say I can do it tonight. Guest guest
, hahaha You sound so easy to sway. :-). I like eating too. Would you like to hear what I'm eating now? No, I better not tell or they may ban me from the group. haha Only kidding. Yeah, do it right and get the most from having to suffer through the salts and oil. I don't want to half*** that attempt because it is not really one of my favorite activities these days. :-) Eat right, be healthy. But if you do a cleanse, and you don't get very many stones, you will not know if it is beacuse you didn't have stones, or it is because of that breakfast. Even people who do all perfect, sometimes just don't get stones. Now, if that happens to you this time, you will at least have turkey and egg to blame, but, in reality, turkey could be innocent :-) Regards Agnes

Guest guest
Hi , In my opinion, I clasify my stones into only two categories. One is the soft-er liver and gb stones that have not been around long enough to calcify. I believe these stones are what most people see in a flush. They are fairly easy to pass and most people pass them anyway in normal bodily function. This is the reason for the hundreds and thousands of stones that people are talking about flushing all the time. Your body will make, and I should say clean, these toxin balls and pass them through regular liver function. That's how the body works. Flushing does it faster and more completely. Also, in flushing, without other food in the way, the stones will float and you can count them. Normally when stones exit your body it is in the regular bowel movement and they are 'hidden' and of course don't float because they are inside the bowel movement. You can see them sometimes if you look at regular stool. I think these cleansings mainly and more easily clean the liver and gb of these soft stones. The other is the calcified stone. These are the stones that have sat in the gb for a longer amount of time and have grown hard and bigger. These stones, in my opinion, are the main cause of pain attacks. These also are the ones that show up on ultrasound. They can pass on first flush if your gb is excreting bile good and your cleanse method is working perfectly for you. On the other hand, most people will have to reduce the size of that harder stone, break it up, and continue to flush many times just to get that more stubborn stone out. It may be inbedded in the wall of the gb and have to first be loosened from the wall. Nevertheless, in my opinion, even a floating calcified gb stone bigger than 1cm will be hard to flush and may take several attempts. Dieting and herbs can help prepare the flushing of calcified stones and it could take many months to accomplish a successful removal. I have done 3 flushes 'successfully' as far as removing over 100 liver (softer) stones but my ultrasound still shows the 'problem' stone in my gb measuring at 1cm. I think the cleanse removed sludge from my liver and ducts, removed stones from my ducts and liver, and even gb stones, but the 'problem' stone that causes pain is still there. I have to work on eliminating that calcified stone. I hope this answers some questions for you. I think this explains why after several flushes people still have pain. Maybe they haven't gotten that hard gb stone out yet. Ultrasound will keep you up to date with your progress. I have even trained my stone through diet and know exactly how it moves into the mouth of the gb to cause the pain. Before I get it out I can at least control and understand the stone. haha Sounds kind of weird huh? Be one with your stone...? haha Anyway, good luck in your search for knowledge. Happy Flushing.
