totally freaked out

Okay, you are the only ones I can tell about this because it is just too

weird. I am in the midst of my 6th gallbladder flush. I'm doing a variation

of the one on www.relfe.com. Anyway, I'm not brand new at this, so I didn't

think I could see anything that would freak me out. However...... I just

used the toilet and am totally freaked out by what I see. There's a lot of

stuff I've never seen before, long stringy things,etc... but the weirdest of

it is something that looks somewhat like a large white lima bean, sort of

smooth on one side and the other side....well, it looks almost like it was

once alive.

The thing is, I finished a two week bowel cleanse at the end of last week and

was drinking the liver flush drink this week, which contains garlic, which I

know is offensive to many parasites. I haven't eaten anything since last

evening and beside that, there's no way I would have been able to swallow

anything the size of what came out of me. AND....I thought this stuff

wasn't supposed to start coming out until the following day. This is just

weird.

For all I've read about cleansing, I thought I would be ready for anything,

but this is just so freaky. I know that many of you are used to this stuff,

so I just had to share it with you.
