Guest guest
I subscribe to both of these newsletters and I find them very valuable. Both are concerned with health and the use of alternative medicine and both rely only on sound scientific research, rather than anecdotal evidence. They debunk a lot of myths as well as promote proven supplements and therapies. I've learned a lot from these two. Sadly, I've found that a lot of the so-called "health" magazines in the newstand promote alternative medicine that is not based on research. Guest guest
Bindi, I think your 2 sources give good solid information, a way of integrating some of the best of both worlds, so to speak! IMHO.
