Guest guest
Have any of you heard of a "Breast Implant Evaluation" via endoscopic inspection for Silicones? I'm not asking for myself -because I KNOW I want these things out, plus I don't have the $$$$ to waste, and I also think it's only for SILICONE implants from what I read (and mine are Salines) --- but it might be something others may want to look into so I thought I'd post it... $1500 and they video tape their findings. It's to search for leaks that MRIs or other tests might not detect. Worth a peek if you have Silicones and are concerned about leakage... Guest guest
Just my opinion, for what it's worth . . . I can't see how an endoscopic exam could guarantee there is no leak without surveying the entire breast implant . . . And, assuming it could, then I would be concerned that the device itself would cause a rupture of an old, fragile breast implant.
