Guest guest
Sandi, I agree. I am a nurse who never heard about rSD until I was diagnosed. So that shows you how massive a job that will be! Twila techal@... Re: Re: JEALOUSY I think all pain docs should have to undergo a special course on rsd and research needs to be given more funding. Hi Deb, I agree with you 100% but want to add one thing. I think ALL doctors, not just pain docs should have to go thru a course on RSD and not just a seminar where the get credits. This should be a mandatory part of medical and nursing schools. JMO! My family doc took his own time to learn more about RSD to be able to help me. He just told me last Friday he now has another patient who is is sure has RSD and he is arguing with her 'specialists' for her as he said she needs immediate treatment, hers is in early stages and they aren't moving fast enough to get her help. He is really a wonderful doc and have had him for more than 20 years and with all I have endured with w/c doc's he is the only one I trust. He goes the extra mile for me and all his patients to see they get the help and care needed and I appreciate him so much. Hoping for Pain Free Days, Sandi
