Guest guest
Anytime Sunny...I think it helps for us to encourage others because we get so discouraged with what is going on with ourselves. I am very hard on myself, but when I get encouragement from others, it means the world and makes me want to keep fighting. This is what we are all here for...to help each other get through this awful mess. I will glady send help or encouragement anybody's way whenever they need it and I know that you will all do the same. If I don't know an answer, It may take a while, but I'll find it and it'll be one more thing to learn to keep my brain going!!! Dear GOD, I sure need that. Sunny <wellnessnow@...> wrote: , I really needed to hear your words of encouragement today. You've got a great attitude...keep it up and you'll be well in no time at all!Love & Prayers,Sunny Granny of 4 Angels-- In , <waltjenking@...> wrote:>> I sing and play guitar(well I sort of play the guitar). I also write lyrics, however, my father is a retired english professor, now writer and he has rubbed off on me. I would love to write some books as well. My father finally fulfilled his dream several years back by getting a story published in the New Yorker....that pretty much made his life. My brother is an Psychology Professor at a college in Virginia and was a Neuroscience major. He writes all kinds of articles on the brain and studies he does....I don't understand a word or them though because they are so technical. My mom loves to write too. So, it really runs in my family. > I got my degree in Criminal Justice and, of course, I'm too sick to do it anymore, so I would really love to start writing when I can. It took a long time for me to build my website and get my jewelry stuff going but it feels good to have such an accomplishment, especially being so ill. I was a single mom and struggled quite a bit and had to overcome a lot of obstacles and deal with a lot of judgemental people because I had a child "out of wedlock"...it was a long, hard road, but so well worth it. Now, I feel like I am having to go down that road again....it's so easy to just want to give up, but we all have to look at this mess we are in as a challenge...a challenge worth taking so that we can fulfull all of our dreams to help ourselves and others.> > > > Tricia Trish <glory2glory1401@...> wrote:> Bindi,> I'm so excited for you about finishing a book! Guest guest
, it sounds like you'd got the bull by the horns! A saying we say alot in Alberta...lol Keep up the good fight! In no time you'll have good health once again. I am very hopeful to recover, even after 20 yrs. of garbage swimming around in my body. Guest guest
, wonderful!! It feels so good to see women helping each other like this. As I mentioned before, I came across this site early this year and have had life-changing experiences! I was always outgoing and a people-person...after my sister passed away (my only sibling) in 2002, I became very isolated. Also, I became sicker and sicker from my implants, not knowing WHY I was so sick. Thank God and all you wonderful angels here! Guest guest
Thanks, ! I always joke when people ask me what my name is...I say, " Sunny or Stormy, take your pick! " I used to have a hurricane-like life, full of dysfunction. Thank God I only have stormy moments now...the rest is pretty sunny. I have a wonderful family to be thankful for. Grandchildren have an awesome healing effect! If you want to check out my granddaughter Emma's story (she has Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome - high functioning), go to Rubinstein- Taybi.org and go to Our Pages - Her name is Emma Dade. You'll see my son and wife and other 3 grandchildren. They forgot to submit a picture of me....going to send it at a later date.
