Guest guest
Terri, Ativan ???? How did that help you as I never took any type of medications the doctors ordered for me at any time. The doctors believed I was a real nut case with all of my symptoms that is why I refused the meds I just never filled any prescriptions My body and brain knew something was wrong regardless of thier thoughts, looks and jestures were The doctors prescribed zanax, and that other one that causes heart attacks I cannot think of the name of it at the moment but they took it off the market and people won lawsuits over that drug. I surly would have had a heart attack I probably saved my own life twice. By not taking any of thier drugs and it was me who made the decision three years later to get my implants removed as the doctors kept insisting, it was not the implants at all making sick And Here We All Are...... It's a Medical Merry Go Round Sandy
Guest guest
Hi Ladies, I would just like to say that I believe there's time and place for allopathic medicine. God knows it saved my life years ago when I was suffering from massive bipolar symptoms. Ativan was one of my medications, which I took " as needed " . It helped me through a very suicidal period in my life...as well as anti-depressants. I use Valerian Root Tea (very stinky, but works like a charm) to help with my insomnia and anxiety. Sometimes we need a more aggressive medical route, and at times it's less risky to have some side effects, temporarily than die of a heart attack from unmanaged stress. Wow, I can't believe I said that! lol I'm a real advocate of the whole- istic approach, which includes all methods of care. I do prefer alternative routes to allopathic medicine, but we all have to do what we're personally guided to...the answer is in us. Guest guest
Sandy, Ativan actually was perfect for me, it just took the edge off, I didn't feel drugged out. It just calmed me down, I only took it when anxiety was coming on, I thought it worked really well, Just my opinion, Terri P > > Terri, > > Ativan ???? > > How did that help you as I never took any type of medications the doctors ordered for me at any time. > The doctors believed I was a real nut case with all of my symptoms that is why I refused the meds > > I just never filled any prescriptions > My body and brain knew something was wrong regardless of thier thoughts, looks and jestures were > > The doctors prescribed zanax, and that other one that causes heart attacks > I cannot think of the name of it at the moment but they took it off the market > and people won lawsuits over that drug. > > I surly would have had a heart attack I probably saved my own life twice. > By not taking any of thier drugs and it was me who made the decision three years later > to get my implants removed as the doctors kept insisting, it was not the implants at all making sick > > And Here We All Are...... > It's a Medical Merry Go Round > > Sandy >
