I am glad to hear that you tried fasting! I have had really good

experiences with them where I had tons of energy and felt great, and

then had some more like yours where I didn't feel so good. I ended

those fairly quickly. I have managed to fast two-three days tops.

Glad to see you posting and let us know how your future fast go!

Hugs, Kathy

I feel pretty normal most of the time. I am getting closer to

menopause and I think that keeps me out of sorts. In between those

hormonal upheaveals I feel really better than Ihave in years. I am

glad to hear you are still doing well! I am probably going to try a

fast again soon. It is hard to tell if the herx would have passed.

But I feel it is best to work up to fasting longer anyway. Each

time gives you more confidence!

Cherie, When you're planning to fast, I'd suggest preparing the family meals ahead of time - then excusing yourself while they warm them up and eat . . . It's tough enough to fast without standing over the food while it's cooking and watching others eat! Rogene
