It shouldn't be anything to worry about if it does not feel feverish. If it begins to hurt, swell real big and feel hotter than the rest of your body, then you need to go in. Do you think its

fluid or swelling ? Thanks

I remember I had some minor swelling after I had my drains out - I

guess just use your best judgement - if he was using a basketball as

an example and you're just seeing minimal swelling, then it's probably

nothing to worry about - but just keep your eye on things. How are

you doing?

I worried so much mine were infected, that I went to a local PS, to check. IT

wasn't, but the

peace of mind was worth it for me. If this doesn't go away, you might consider

that.

I am so happy you had your implants removed. I know how much you agonzied over

all of

this, and I think it is fantastic that you had them out.

Your health will thank you!!!

I was told to wear it 24/7 for at least a week, but longer if i could stand it. I think I lasted three weeks. Try not to get too impatient-- it's there to keep you all in place! ;)

How long do you have to wear the sports bra ? You know it really flattens you out..LOL

Dr. Feng said to wear the sports bra for two weeks, I guess the

compression is needed after explant. Dr. Kolb suggests about 6 weeks,

so all doctors have their own opinions, and you just do what yours

suggests. Yeah, it flattens things out, that's why I wore the old

padded bra on top!

After explanting with Dr. Feng, I wore the ace bandage she put on for the first two weeks 24/7. Then I wore a sports bra for the next month. After that I wore whatever I was comfortable wearing. I mostly wear tanks with the built in bra. I have days were I wear my sports bra under my clothes and I 7 months post explant. I have a couple of good bras I bought at 's Secret, but I prefer the sports bras for comfort. I do look almost completly flat with them on, but I don't care. If you were to ask my hubby, he would prefer I go braless 24/7. lol auntsisnj <auntsisnj@...> wrote: Dr. Feng said to wear the sports bra for two weeks, I guess the compression is needed after explant.
