Help - how much Epsom Salts necessary

Hello,

I am about to do my 3rd flush tonight.

Due to severe diarrhea before 10 P.M. on the first two flushes, I

would like to either omit or reduce the amount of epsom salts used.

I can't remember how much EP is needed to be effective.

Anyone know?
