I want my life back to a degree where at least my body feels some level of normalcy I am eating healthy right now eating lots of greens, veggies, some natural fruit, no sugars Thank You, Sandy~ dusty.com@... Guest guest
Sandy . . . It sounds like you're off to a good start . . . Adding some probiotics is the only thing I'd suggest for the time being.Remember, the idea is to starve the yeasties, not you! . . . When you start feeling better, you'll be moving more and the weight should start coming off too. Patty has some good recommendations about what to eat when coming off a fast . . . Patty???Hugs,Rogene
Guest guest
While I'm no expert, personally, to fasting that you're asking about... I will say that if you've been explanted and are able to exercise ---you may want to see if you have a "Curves" in your area. It's a SUPER easy workout. I just can't do it (or anything else more than walking) or I end up feeling way worse and having elevated toothaches. (I'm hoping that will change after explant.) A few people I know have lost some weight using it with a decent diet. Best of luck to you...
